Ciudad Quesada is the only one of our eight areas that is not on the coast. It sits inland in the municipality of Rojales, spread over and below a hillside, and it is the one place we cover where a swimming pool is normally your own rather than the community’s.
It has a large international community and many detached villas with gardens and pools, which is a different set of jobs from a flat on the seafront: pressure-washing terraces, outdoor taps and ceiling fans, and getting a house ready for the season. A pool, a garden and a gate of your own mean the work is yours to arrange rather than the community's, and there is usually more to look after outside than in.
Quesada is the inland corner of our core area, so there is no travel charge. Los Montesinos and Algorfa, further inland again, are outside the core and add a travel charge per visit. Quesada is a short drive inland from Torrevieja, and Rojales, the town it belongs to, sits at the bottom of the hill.
