Home Care: we look after your home while you're away
Most homes on this coast stand empty for months. A small leak or a broken shutter can become a big problem. We check your home regularly and send you photos, so you can relax wherever you are.
Who it's for
- Owners who spend part of the year somewhere else
- Holiday homes that stand empty between visits
- Holiday lets that need checks between guests
- Families who want someone local and reliable to call
What we check on every visit
Our 30-point checklist includes:
- Water leaks under sinks, around toilets and the water heater
- Damp, mould and bad smells
- Windows, doors and shutters
- Power, fuse box and fridge (visual check)
- Air-con units switch on and run
- Pool and garden (visual check)
- Terrace drains and storm damage
- Signs of insects or pests
- Doors and locks secure
- Post collected and flyers removed
- Taps run and toilets flushed to keep drains fresh
- Photo and video report sent to you on WhatsApp

- Security
- Water
- Damp
- Electrics
- Outside
- Pests
Everything else is fine. There is a small damp patch on the bathroom ceiling, probably from the terrace drain above. We can clear the drain and check the seal for €40, less your 15% Care discount. Shall we go ahead?

Home Care questions
What if you find a problem during a check?
We send you photos straight away and explain what we found. With your OK, we fix it, with your member discount.
Can I stop my Home Care plan?
Yes. Monthly plans have no long contract. Just tell us one month before. Annual plans are paid for 12 months upfront.
What is a founding member?
The first 50 people who join Home Care keep their monthly price for as long as they stay members, even if our prices go up later.
Can you respond when my alarm goes off?
No. Alarm response is a job for licensed security companies. But we can check your home afterwards and send you photos.
