Cabo Roig is a headland, and that is the whole difference: its plots sit on the low cliff itself, closer to the open water than anywhere else we work, with the coastal path and the coves directly below them.
The houses here have big terraces and sea views, and everything outside faces the weather without a row of buildings in front of it. Salt and sun wear out silicone, locks and outdoor fittings faster, and we help keep them in good shape. Plots on the cliff are narrow and stepped, so terraces, railings and outside steps make up more of the house here than they do inland.
Cabo Roig sits between La Zenia to the north and Playa Flamenca to the south, all three in Orihuela Costa and all three in our core area with no travel charge. The coastal path runs along the top of the cliff from the headland towards Playa Flamenca, with the coves directly below it.
