Orihuela Costa is not a town. It is the coastline of the municipality of Orihuela, whose town hall and old centre are half an hour inland, so what sits by the sea is a string of urbanisations — La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, Villamartín, Los Dolses and more — each with its own commercial centre and shared pools instead of one main street.
Most homes here are bungalows, townhouses and apartments built around shared pools and gardens over the last few decades, and many belong to people who live abroad for part of the year. That shapes the work: each community has its own rules and administrator, homes stand empty for months at a time, and whole streets share the same fittings from the same builder.
Orihuela Costa runs along the coast from the southern edge of Torrevieja towards Pilar de la Horadada, with the N-332 and the AP-7 running through it. All of it is inside our core area, so there is no travel charge anywhere in it. Each of the urbanisations below has a page of its own.
