Los Dolses is the quiet corner between Villamartín and La Zenia, and it is the one part of Orihuela Costa where our work does not follow the holiday season: a large share of the homes here are lived in all year, by families rather than by visitors.
That changes what we are called for. Instead of opening and closing houses we do everyday fixes — a tap that has started dripping, a cistern that will not fill, furniture to put together, a washing machine to plumb in. And because the same people are here in winter, there is no season to work around: a tap that starts dripping gets reported the day it starts.
Los Dolses sits between Villamartín and La Zenia, minutes from both, and shares their core-area coverage with no travel charge. It sits just off the road between Villamartín and the coast, which is much of why it is quiet — the traffic passes rather than stops.
