The short answer
A dripping tap, a running toilet, a blocked drain, a new socket, a TV on the wall: each of these is a fixed price for the job. Our prices for the jobs people ask for most are in the table below. They are the same in every town we cover, from Guardamar del Segura to Pilar de la Horadada, and VAT is added on the invoice.
What decides the price
- The job, not the clock. We price the job, so a tap that takes longer than expected costs the same.
- Parts. Some prices include the parts. Others add the parts at the cost on the receipt. Each row in the table says which.
- When you need us. Urgent visits, night-time emergencies, Sundays and public holidays cost more. The rule is in the table below, and we tell you the amount before we come.
- Where you live does not matter. There is no travel charge inside our area.
Bigger jobs — a bathroom, a kitchen, painting, tiling — are different. We visit for free, then give you a fixed written quote before any work starts.
A job that is not on the list
Most jobs are not on any list. Send us a photo and we either give you a fixed price straight away or come and look for free, then give you a fixed price. You decide before we start.
Six questions to ask any handyman before you book
- Is the price for the whole job, or per hour?
- Are the parts included, or added on top? At what price?
- Is VAT included in the price, or added on the invoice?
- Will I get an invoice?
- Is there a guarantee on the work, and for how long?
- Are you insured if something goes wrong in my home?
Our answers: a fixed price per job, parts as shown in the table, VAT added on the invoice, an invoice for every job, a guarantee on our work, and insurance. Payment is in cash at the end of the job, against the invoice.
