Electrician: repairs and replacements
A ceiling fan keeps a bedroom cool through the summer. We fit your new fan where the old light was, and replace worn lights, sockets, switches and extractor fans on the same connection. New circuits and electrical certificates (boletín) need a licensed installer, and we will recommend one.

Fixed prices
The price you see is the price for the work, plus VAT. Parts are charged at cost, or use your own.
- Change a socket or switch €30 parts included A broken, loose or scorched socket or light switch replaced like for like. The new socket or switch is included.
- Ceiling fan (replacing a light) €70 + parts We take down the old light and fit your new ceiling fan to the same connection.
Something else? We come and look for free, then give you a fixed price. We always agree the price before we start.
Common questions
What about VAT? Do I get an invoice?
All our prices exclude VAT, which is added on your invoice. You get a proper invoice for every job.
Who pays for parts and materials?
Parts are charged at the price on the receipt, with no mark-up. If you prefer, you can buy the parts yourself and we fit them.
What if something goes wrong after the job?
Our work has a 90-day guarantee. If something we fixed fails because of our work, we come back and fix it for free.
