We look at the job and measure, with you or with your key. The visit is free.

In your language, before any work starts: what we will do, the materials, the price plus VAT and how long it takes.

We do the work
We send you progress photos on WhatsApp. If something unexpected comes up, we stop and agree it with you first.
Common questions
Do I need a permit from the town hall?
Some renovations need a permit or a notice to the town hall. We tell you before we start if your job needs one. We don't do structural work or work that needs a major building licence.
Can the work be done while I'm not in Spain?
Yes. You can leave a key with us: it gets a coded tag with no name or address. We send you progress photos on WhatsApp and tell you when the job is done.
Is there a guarantee on renovation work?
Yes. Our work has a 90-day guarantee. If something we did fails because of our work, we come back and fix it for free.
