Sea air and sun wear out shutters, locks, doors and grout. We fix the things that stop working, and can work through your whole list in one visit.
What we do

Fixed prices
The price you see is the price for the work, plus VAT. Parts are charged at cost, or use your own.
- Change a lock cylinder (locksmith) €30 + parts Lost keys, a stiff lock, or just bought the house? We change the cylinder so only your keys open the door. The new cylinder is charged at cost.
- Roller shutter (persiana) strap or cord €40 parts included The most common repair on the coast. We replace the broken strap or cord so your shutter runs smoothly again.
Something else? We come and look for free, then give you a fixed price. We always agree the price before we start.
Common questions
How much does a handyman visit cost?
Many common jobs have a fixed price on our Fix Menu, for example a shutter strap for €40, parts included. For anything else, we come and look for free, then give you a fixed price. We always agree the price before we start.
How soon can you come?
Regular jobs: usually within a few days. Emergencies, such as a leak or a burst pipe: we come as soon as we can, day or night, often the same day. Urgent and night-time visits, and visits on Sundays and public holidays, cost an extra 25% of the job price (minimum €25), which we tell you before we come. We will always tell you honestly when we can come.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Many of our customers live abroad. You can leave a key with us, and we send you photos when the job is done.
