Sea air and sun wear out shutters, locks and terraces. We fix the everyday things, or come for two hours and work through your list.

Fixed prices
The price you see is the price you pay for the work, VAT included. Parts are charged at cost, or use your own.
- To-do list visit (2 hours) €79 Save up your small jobs. We come for 2 hours and work through your list.
- Roller shutter (persiana) strap or cord €59 + parts The most common repair on the coast. We replace the broken strap or cord so your shutter runs smoothly again.
- Anti-bump lock cylinder €39 + parts Better security for your front door. The new cylinder is charged at cost.
- Pressure-wash terrace (up to 30 m²) €89 Your terrace or patio cleaned with a pressure washer, ready for summer.
Something else? Other small jobs cost €42 for the first hour, then €21 for each extra 30 minutes. We always agree the price before we start.

Common questions
How much does a handyman visit cost?
Many common jobs have a fixed price on our Fix Menu, for example a shutter strap for €59. Other jobs cost €42 for the first hour, including the call-out in our core area, then €21 for each extra 30 minutes. We always agree the price before we start.
How soon can you come?
Usually within a few days. Same-day urgent visits are sometimes possible for an extra €30. We will always tell you honestly when we can come.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Many of our customers live abroad. You can leave a key with us, and we send you photos when the job is done.
